Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind every product we produce and want you to continue to be a satisfied customer. If you receive an item that does not completely satisfy your needs, it may be returned or exchanged for other products within 30 days after you receive it. Any items purchased through dealers will need to be returned to those dealers and will be subject to their return policies.

Refunds will be made in the form of credit on your credit card if that was your form of payment. All other payment methods will be refunded by check. NOTE: Shipping costs of order will not be refunded.

Exchanges will be made and any difference in cost will be debited or credited to your credit card if that was your form of payment. All other payment methods will be refunded by check. If the exchange creates a balance you owe, the payment will need to be made prior to the items being shipped.

Clearance Items are sold as is with no exchanges or refunds.

1) Call 678-439-7845 or email care@ScaleTree.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and to find out the balance to be paid or reimbersed.
2) Securely pack items to be returned in their original packaging, and if possible, in resellable condition.
3) Include a photocopy of your receipt. On the back of your photocopied receipt write the following:
      A. Your RMA number
      B. Note if this is to be a return or exchange
      C. If an exchange, list the item(s) you desire in exchange
      D. The reason why you are returning and/or exchanging the item(s).
      E. Additional funds or method of payment if necessary
      F. Phone number in case there are any questions
4) Ship the items with insurance to

Include your received RMA number in place of the blank on the first address line. We recommend shipping with a mrthod that includes tracking information. The shipping costs to return items to us is your responsibility. We will not accept a COD return.
5) Upon the arrival of the package, pending inspection, we will process the return or exchange per your request. We will pay for the shipping to ship your exchange item(s) to you as a one time courtesy. We will not refund or exchange items that have obviously been damaged and/or tortured.
