line. For shipping within the continental United States, we recommend
UPS. Their service includes $100 insurance and it is easy to track your
package. The shipping costs to return items to us is your responsibility.
We will not accept a COD return.
5) Upon the arrival of the package, pending inspection, we will
process the return or exchange per your request. We will pay for the shipping
to ship your exchange item(s) to you as a one time courtesy. We will not
refund or exchange items that have obviously been damaged and/or tortured.
